Bridget first found her way to a yoga class in college. She went seeking the physical benefits of yoga, but what she discovered was much more. Once she saw the world upside down, her life changed and the world as she knew it would never be the same. At the end of 2016, she decided to enroll in a 200 hour yoga teacher training program so she could spend her time sharing what she loves. She is passionate about sharing yoga with as many people as possible, and hopes you leave her class with renewed energy and a smile.
