Laura loves yoga. Her practice began as a teenager with her mom in Atlanta and continued to grow throughout college, but it was in graduate school where the benefits of yoga truly began to present themselves and it became a devout practice that transcended the classroom. Over the past 3 years, Laura has been on a mission to deepen her understanding of the practice beyond asana and apply it to her everyday life. Her first 200-hour training was completed with Santosha Yoga Institute in Bali. After teaching for a year and a bit, she went on to study with her personal guru, Simon Borg-Olivier, in Southern Italy and also Sydney, Australia.
