I started doing yoga in September of 2017 when Veronica graciously reached out to help me recover from cancer treatment. Slowly I regained more muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Not only did I fall in love with the physical aspect of yoga, but the mental and meditative aspects. Yoga has helped me to find happiness within my practice, calmness in my mind, and most importantly, freedom. Going through the 200 hr training I learned ways to empower others through yoga. I hope to help others the way Veronica has helped me to change my life!
