Kristen started doing yoga in September 2017 when Veronica reached out to help her recover from cancer treatment. Slowly she regained more muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Not only did she fall in love with the physical aspect of yoga, but the mental and meditative aspects. Yoga has helped her find happiness within her practice, calmness in her mind, and most importantly, freedom. Going through the 200-hour training she learned ways to empower others through yoga. Her hope is to help others the way Veronica has helped her to change my life!
